Newport Beach is probably one of my favorite places to visit here in Southern California. There is so much to do in this coastal town with something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a dinner date at some of the finest restaurants in the area, you are bound to find all that and more in Newport Beach.

When you plan a getaway, don’t you want to make it a place where all of your senses are invited to come along? Where eyes can take in towering seaside cliffs overlooking pristine beaches. Ears can perk up to the sounds of a classic Southern California boardwalk. The nose is tempted by sweets from an old-time candy store. And taste buds satisfied with fresh seafood at an oceanfront eatery. In Newport Beach, even your sense of touch can be indulged, with a rejuvenating spa treatment at a luxury resort. This is enrichment at a deeper level. In a place where casual meets refined. Natural meets handcrafted. And each of your five senses meets lots of great reasons to come out and play. There’s a sense of something different in Newport Beach. Enriching in every sense.

There are so many things I love about Newport Beach. Besides the clean beaches, I love the sense of a coastal town. If you ever have a chance to head over to the beach area, I highly recommend renting a bike and cruising down the boardwalk which lines million dollar beach homes with amazing views of the water. Or if you love shopping, then you've got to go to Fashion Island -- they have some amazing shops and restaurants (and sweets!). One of my favorite things to do in Newport Beach is renting a duffy boat and cruising through the harbor with my husband and friends. It's absolutely one of the most romantic and relaxing things you can do!

Wiens Family Cellars Wedding

"Carli + David: They are just two people that you know, are absolutely meant for each other. Carli and I always grew up talking about the perfect man. The man that would ultimately compare to our Dad, and we knew that was going to be a feat! When she first mentioned David, I knew he was someone special. I could tell from the twinkle in her eye and the giddiness, that he was someone that she wasn’t going to let go. And before long, David got down on one knee and asked for my sister’s hand in marriage. I could not have been more excited for them. Carli + David’s wedding was a dream. They wanted the day to be focused on three things- God, family and love. And that was exactly what they got! A beautiful sunny July afternoon brought comfortable weather and two families together from Colorado and California. A sense of community with one common factor- love for Carli + David. Soft pastel colors set a serene tone and allowed the vineyards to really stand out. Wiens Family Cellars took great care of everything and allowed me as the planner to step back and enjoy the day my sister got married. We danced, we cried, we embraced and most importantly we loved. I wish my sister and new brother-in-law the happiest of all futures together!"

A sweet Country Cottage Estate wedding from Theresa Bridget Photography

These two wed at a beautiful private estate nestled in the hills of Temecula and the day they envisioned and brought to life was nothing short of stunning. Darah incorporated the modern and stylish look of mismatched bridesmaids dress in a lovely shade of navy, paired with bright spring flowers to add some fun to the mix. The groomsmen complemented the girls in fitted grey suits that completed their wedding party style so well. Throughout the day the chic and vibrant style was incorporated flawlessly and came together to create a soft and elegant wedding. The day started at South Coast Winery where excitement filled the villa as Darah got ready surrounded by her favorite girls. Her details were laid our carefully and before long it was time for Darah to slip into her fitted lace, sweetheart gown. The rest of the morning flew by and before we knew it, we were setting these two up on the porch for an adorable first look. From the first look to t he sparkler exit their day was so memorable and beautiful. I have never witnessed a wedding filled with so much prayer and serenity.

Los Angeles Arboretum Engagement Session from Dennis Roy Coronel Photography

Miranda & Brandon came face to face for this first time during our Engagement Session! They flew in from New York to continue planning their wedding and of course for their Engagement Session. Knowing that they would be celebrating their union here in Southern California, we decided that their Engagement Session should definitely go hand in hand with the region and of course with their bright love. We went with the Los Angeles Arboretum for its lush gardens, and overall scenery. We knew that this setting would perfectly compliment their love and that they would be at ease in this kind of environment. It definitely allows their love to shine! 

Along with a couple of outfit changes and a lovely flower crown provided by "Florals By Isabelle" Miranda and Brandon nailed every shot during our shoot and prompted me to immediately begin working on their images and deliver!
