Elegant Saddlerock Ranch Mountaintop Wedding

"We wanted an outdoor wedding that would bring our warm, romantic vision to life. Our venue had the rolling Malibu hills as the backdrop, so we knew we didn't have to add too much with decorations. Much of our decor revolved around a blush-to-cabernet ombre color scheme, including the bridesmaids' dresses, table settings, flowers centerpieces. We added small elements of gold and marble to add a modern touch.

We knew we wanted a romantic, outdoor wedding and actually stumbled across Le Chateau while on the wine safari at Saddlerock. It was a warm summer day in June, with a gentle breeze. It was the last stop of the tour and as we were enjoying our flight of wine, we overlooked the gorgeous rolling hills of the vineyard. There were white roses blooming along the walkways. We knew instantly that this was the perfect fit.

We had two major goals for our guests: 1)  to experience the romantic, whimsical ambiance of the wedding and 2) have a good time. Therefore, we spent extra effort with the flowers, hand written table numbers, center pieces, tinted glassware to execute our the romantic feel we were going for. We also splurged on lots of alcohol because c'mon, everyone has a good time when it's open bar ;)" -bride and groom
