Coastal Bohemian Wedding in Huntington Beach

"We had a destination wedding for most guests since we aren't originally from CA. So we wanted a venue that had a California beach vibe to it. We found the Huntington Bay Club and it was exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding day. A dynamic venue with multiple areas at our disposal. There was a bar area set on a wooden deck overlooking the yachts on the harbor, a sandy beach on the water for our ceremony and a ballroom area for our dance party! While planning our wedding our priorities were to have a non-traditional wedding designed just how we want it to be and not dictated by the norms. So we planned to have a cocktail hour to kick off the wedding with a live singer/guitar player and an open bar from start to finish! We didn't feel like a cake cutting ceremony or a wedding party was really "us" and asked my brother to wed us and were just the 3 of us during the ceremony. We splurged on hiring a videographer and are so happy with our decision! We went venue hunting and found some incredible locations. However, they were all missing something. When we arrived at the Bay club Andrew and I both fell in love with all it had to offer. They also are owned by 24 Carrots and we knew would have the best food." -Bride & Groom
