"Jeff and I had gone to Santa Barbara for a weekend trip before we were even engaged and had drinks at the Rosewood Miramar and loved the hotel. We also loved the town of Montecito and how quiet and quaint it is. Once we were engaged, we knew we wanted a destination wedding, so figured we’d go out and visit the Rosewood in Montecito again. After doing the full tour, we knew that’s where we wanted to get married. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful with the Baccarat-embellished chandeliers and lofty ceilings with a ton of natural light. We did the ceremony on the great lawn which overlooks the ocean and has the mountains situated behind the hotel. It was the perfect combination of southern California scenery. And we can’t forget the black and white checkered tiling in the lobby of the hotel that fit the theme of our wedding perfectly."
