Stylish Palm Springs Engagement Session

"Charles and I are a product of Tinder. He calls me his tenderoni.  I was in the Army at the time we met, stationed 2 hours away in Barstow California.  I was in Los Angeles awaiting my Lasik surgery procedure when Charles struck up a conversation. After a couple days of witty banter, Charles asked me to guess his race. I said "African American and Sri Lankan?" Boy was I right! The rest, as they say, is history."

About the proposal: "We went on a three week excursion across Thailand and Charles' family's home land, Sri Lanka. Whilst in Sri Lanka, atop an ancient rock fortress, Sigiriya (translates to "Lion Rock").  Unbeknownst to m,e Charles was able to find a tour guide, using a combination of English and Sinhalese, to explain to him his plan.  Our tour guide was great and when we Charles popped the question, he was there to take photos! On the way to the hotel, Charles stopped the car, got out and picked me the most beautiful wildflowers. Bright pink and orange! The colors of our wedding."
